Here are some of our most frequently asked questions…
Q:WHEN DOES THE NEXT MONTH’S SCHEDULE COME OUT?
A: We release the following month’s calendar as soon as we know what paintings we will be offering. It’s a good idea to log in frequently, check out our page and grab a spot(s) in your favorite class or classes! Also, please join us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/artonawhimblakely) for all of the latest class additions and releases!
Q: HOW CAN I REGISTER?
A: To reserve your spot in one of our classes, please choose the class of
your choice and “add to cart.” You will be able to purchase via PayPal.
You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm your reservation.
OR...you can message us on facebook and pay by cash or check to Penny or Alicia.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
A: We do NOT make refunds, however, you may transfer your payment to another class. Transfer of payment to another class may be done ONLY ONE time. To cancel, please email to [email protected] OR call 229-254-1934/770-500-0455 (one method will suffice!) and let us know if you would like to transfer your payment to another class. Any missed class without a prior cancellation notice will not be refunded or transferred. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. You are always welcome to send someone in your place if you or a family member is sick, etc…
Q: WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE FOR CLASSES?
A: Our “adult” classes welcome anyone ages 18 and up. This is based on what
we believe is appropriate. Please be advised that we do allow artists to bring their own beverages to enjoy while painting including alcoholic beverages.
Q: WHAT IS THE PRICE OF CLASSES?
A: Please see the class you are interested in taking for the price, as prices vary.
Special events (including guest artists and classes with additional supplies) are priced on a case by case basis.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY?
A: Please email us all the information you can about your party- approximate
dates, number and age of guests, etc. and we can let you know what is available. For more information on pricing, please visit the PARTIES page and view the party info sheets. Once a date is confirmed, you will need to mail in your down payment and private party agreement for the party to be OFFICIALLY added to our calendar. We kindly ask for private party booking 1-2 weeks in advance!
Q: CAN I BRING DRINKS (ALCOHOLIC) AND SOMETHING TO SNACK ON WHILE I AM PAINTING?
A: Feel free to bring anything that you would like to with you to class. We have wine glasses, plastic glasses, silverware, etc. available for you to use while you are at class. We also have a refrigerator available if you need to keep something cold. (If you plan on drinking alcoholic beverages, please be responsible and have a designated driver.)
